Face Swap Magic: AI Avatars application produces an original AI-generated photos. The application is a tool meant to improve the way you use your mobile device. Only personal, non-commercial usage is permitted for this application.

Updates to Terms and Conditions

This Terms and Conditions may be updated periodically. Users will be notified of any changes.

You must be at least eighteen years old to access or use the Website/App. Minors of the age below 18 require permission from supervision of their parent or guardian.

You declare not to use the App in any way that violates any law, regulation, or authorization; that violates the rights of others privacy or publicity that violates any copyright, database right, or trademark of another person or that encourages, supports, or aids in any illegal activity, including computer misuse or copyright infringement.

Subscription

Once the first term subscription expires, Your membership, whether it be weekly, monthly, quarterly or annually, it will automatically renew for consecutive subscription periods of the same duration unless you specifically cancel it in the Play Store. Depending on the terms of each App Marketplace, if you bought your membership through an App, you may always cancel automatic renewals and your subscription in your account settings.
